Return Period

At Impact Fashion, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To initiate a return, please contact us and include your order number.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition;
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging attached;
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear;
  • Be returned in the same condition as received.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without its original tags and labels.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@impactfashion.nl with your order number.
  2. Wait for return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

We recommend keeping proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received;
  • The item arrived damaged or defective;
  • The item has a manufacturing fault.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@impactfashion.nl and provide clear photographs of the issue.

After review, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they have entered processing, production, or shipment.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify an order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Items returned without original tags or labels;
  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing;
  • Gift cards;
  • Digital products.
